Located in Gold Bar, WA, off of Highway 2, Wallace Falls Lodge is one of our favorites! Surrounded by forest and Wallace Falls State Park, many recreational opportunities are nearby. The lodge itself can accommodate 20 of your nearest and dearest, with a few additional RV and camping spots available on the grounds. The ceremony area offers a backdrop of trees, or it can be flipped with the aisle nestled among the trees and the lodge serving as the backdrop. For the reception, you can choose between the open lawn area, under the white tent, or in the carriage house. We adore this venue for its capacity to create a relaxed weekend wedding with ample hang-out time for those staying at the lodge. The surrounding area is fairly dark, providing an excellent opportunity for stargazing when all the venue lights are off. A bonus – the venue is committed to recycling and composting!

IslandWood is an environmental education nonprofit located on 250 acres of land on Bainbridge Island. Its grounds are immersed in and surrounded by forests, wetlands, and lush greenery. The property is available for weekend weddings, offering guests the opportunity to stay in cabins and lodges. IslandWood boasts unique backdrops such as treehouses and a suspension bridge, providing the perfect setting for epic photos. To further reduce its environmental impact, the venue provides chairs, tables, decor, cups, silverware, and dinnerware, eliminating single-use items. JM Cellars
Located in the hills of the Woodinville Wine District, JM Cellars is an oasis in the suburbs. It’s on 7 acres designed by avid horticulturists and cared for using organic gardening practices. The ceremony space has a tree backdrop and the outside reception area is under the trees as well. The venue’s celebration areas are a lovely blend of nature and function, with beautiful backdrops surrounding everything. JM is a winemaker, so of course their wine is included in the wedding day and a tasting is held during the planning stages to pick out your favorites. This venue tucked away in the woods creates a magical evening that you won’t forget.

Evergreen Gardens
Winding pathways through the garden, a hidden meadow, and an arbor under the trees are some of the special places at this venue. Evergreen Gardens is located in Ferndale, just outside of Bellingham. Its lush setting is the highlight, complemented by a beautiful pavilion for receptions and two well-decorated dressing rooms. The owners are committed to sustainably running their venue, employing environmentally friendly gardening practices for their grounds. They provide a well-appointed decor closet from which their clients can pull decorations from. We love that Evergreen Gardens also recycles and composts, and collaborates with local non-profits to redistribute leftover food.

Kingston House
Kingston House is just a ferry ride away from Edmonds and is nestled on the Kitsap Peninsula, creating its own serene world. Situated on 27 acres of forest, lavender fields, and meadows, this venue offers a picturesque setting with a pond and walking paths. There are various options for ceremony and reception locations, whether by the pond, in the woods, or under a tent. Included with the venue rental is the use of the mid-century house on the property, which is thoughtfully decorated and equipped to meet all your needs. It can accommodate up to 14 of your wedding party VIPs. We love this location for it’s calm, quiet environment. The owner of Kingston House prioritizes environmentally friendly landscaping practices, waste reduction measures, and ongoing education.

Twin Willow Gardens
The best of both worlds, Twin Willows has a ceremony site that feels like you are deep in the woods, but dinner and dancing take place under a tent and the open night sky. The shaded ceremony space and walking path provides a cool respite to pause and soak in the celebration. The venue also includes extensive gardens, a beautiful reception tent, a bar shack, 2 tiny houses to get ready in and a DJ shack. We love this venue because the owners are very experienced in the wedding industry and provide a high level of service to their clients.

Who wouldn't want to stay in a treehouse for their wedding!? Imagine waking up under a canopy of trees and birdsong and preparing to marry your love in the lush forest. This unique venue is situated in Fall City and was built by Tree House Master’s Pete Nelson. It's a family-run affair with owners who are passionate about sharing their property with their guests. Treehouse Point boasts 7 treehouses plus a lodge to gather 80 of your nearest and dearest. The rental includes breakfast for the overnight guests, adding a special treat to your stay. With winding pathways leading to picturesque spots for ceremonies and receptions, couples can create a wedding celebration that is truly one of a kind.
