Wedding Management
Aka “day of coordination,” this package is so much more than arriving on the day of your wedding. We’ll start meeting 3 months before to make sure all of the details are prepped so that your wedding day will run smoothly.

Elopements & Micro Weddings
Whether it’s just you and your partner or a small group of your nearest and dearest, intimate Washington state elopements are some of our favorites to plan! Micro weddings are considered 25 guests and under.
Event Coordination Services
With our Seattle wedding planning services, we can help plan proposals, sequel weddings, vow renewals, rehearsal dinners, weekend-long camping weddings or any other wedding type event. While our focus is weddings, we love to bring our planning chops to other events too! Corporate event planning, birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations of life, baby showers or a party just because!
Hourly Event Consultation
Need an expert’s eye and thoughts? Want to run your DIY wedding ideas by us? Need tips on how to structure your timeline for a smooth event flow? We can help! We can give feedback on one part of your event like the timeline, floorplan or decor, or offer a comprehensive overview and talk through everything. If you have the planning chops but need a little bit of professional help, reach out! Rates start at $75 per hour.
Travel Policy
We are located in Seattle and Skykomish, WA. We are thrilled to provide our wedding planning services outside of these areas, but we require the client to pay for overnight lodging and a meal per diem if the event is over 50 miles away, a 60 minute drive from our home or we are asked to stay until 12am or later. If the event is on or adjacent to a holiday, travel fees may be higher due to higher lodging costs.
